Viewing Customer Interactions with Agent Tasks in Workspace

Hello! I am working with a customer that is testing an agent in my workspace. I set it up by sharing the agent and making them a Editor and assumed I would see their interactions with the agent in Tasks but I am not. Is there something else that I need to do in order to see their Tasks?
