does anyone know how to setup Append row action for connected agents, but in a way that they complement each other and fill out the same row (different columns) instead of adding new row each time? I have connected 3 agents each updates the spreadsheet upon closure and triggers/notifies the next agent. However, instead of working on the same line they each create a new row and fill our the same fields, so I end up with 3 repeating rows of data, 2 incomplete and last one complete. My workflow: 1st agent is a job analyzer - (triggered by notification) adds qualified job title, description and budget info. 2nd agent is portfolio picker (triggered by job analyzer) - analyzes job details and looks into existing portfolios in our database and lists all relevant cases 3rd one is proposal writer (triggered by portfolio picker) - analyzes entries of the previous 2 and writes a compeling proposal. So ideally it all needs to be on the same line
can you share the setup? (task url would be best) I am sure there is a way but not sure I understand how you structured it currently 🙂
definately want to use the Update Row action btw and use a unique identifier (maybe the upwork URL)
Absolutely! Here are tasks for each agent (same job) Qualifier: https://chat.lindy.ai/share/job-posting-evaluation-summary-68b5d0eb9324e8b4370cded6 Portfolio picker: https://chat.lindy.ai/share/job-analysis-and-portfolio-matching-68b5d114fb1f15c2f63b5ab1 Writer: https://chat.lindy.ai/share/elementor-landing-page-proposal-68b5d135f48a6afb2c84e72d
oh yeah
you already almost have it
just replace the append row in the last two agents with Update Row
use the upwork URL / ID as identifier
and you should be good to go!
it works now, thank you! quick question - if I were to add the computer step at the end of this sequence, would it be safe? What proxy/IP address would it use, can it bypass cloudflare (upwork enforces them on every couple of loads), and overall do you think it would be detectable as automation/non human use?
hmm can’t give any recommendation here other than to test it 😄 I use it on LinkedIn for example and it’s been working well so far. It’s using a server in the US. Maybe create an upwork test acc to not risk your good one?
