Improve UI for Action Requests: Streamline Branching Paths

two requests for actions that have the bifurcated "Results vs Started" branching paths... 1) Please let us pull the non-used one out of the way, this overlapping UI is quite ugly (and it's also the default placement when you hit the tidying up button) 2) When you add in an action between two existing steps and that new action has branching paths, it defaults to "Started" not "After" which means you nearly always have to delete the connection and reconnect (which still is not very intuitive)
