Will Lindy Support Salesforce Triggers Like Zapier's?

Hi! Is there any expectation that Lindy will have Salesforce triggers similar to what Zapier has? e.g.: You can filter on the trigger node the specific field that has been updated, so it doesn't run for any and every record update. We have several automated workflows that run daily to update records on objects like Leads, Accounts and Opportunities, Our concern with a Lindy being triggered on "record update" is that our API calls in Salesforce will increase and might hit the limit.
