Addressing Visual Issues with Multiple Lindy Notetakers in Meetings

We are running into visual issues where we will regularly have 3+ Lindy notetakers in client meetings and it causes a 'what is this thing, please turn it off' moment. Any solutions here?

Also, some AI note takers run in the background and are not visual 'attendees' of the meetings, can feel less obtrusive

Some sort of intelligence where if multiple users on the same Lindy account activate a call recording / note taker, it runs one for all? Just saying, it's an issue and is a noticeable topic in meetings, can't be alone in that.
