Improving Microsoft Outlook Integrations for Client Implementations

Better Microsoft Outlook integrations. Roughly half of my planned client implementations are on hold due to a lack of full-feature Outlook actions. Thinking about building my own actions via the HTTP request and MS API; however, this is a pain to manage from a billing perspective.
