Improving Document Preservation in Google Docs for Proposals

The Proposal Drafter could use some help with preserving elements from the Original Template - a simple fix for this could be adding a "Make a Copy" action for google docs - actions later can rename the doc and replace template fields without reformatting too much. As it is now the document the drafter delivers loses all aesthetic/branding from the original. if there is a work around this- I'm not seeing it.
