Best Practices for Defining Exit Conditions in Workflows

Tips on Exit conditions? I was trying to chat with this Task to get a better handle on what it has access to and what it doesn't. And both of these questions triggered an exit condition. Fortunately, I have the Agent asking permission to send an Email, otherwise it would have responded to my question about the webhook timing with an update to one of our Sales Reps (?!). Anyone have advice on how to ensure the Exit conditions are tightly confined? These conditions were met a little too easily for my liking.
