Troubleshooting Follow Up Template for Email Responses
Has anyone gotten the Follow Up Template to work reliably? The āResponse Receivedā condition doesnāt seem to trigger properly for me. Hereās what Iām trying to do:
Send an email
Determine if it requires a response
Set a wait timer
Cancel the timer if a reply is received
Draft a follow-up email if no response is received after the timer expires
Would love to hear if anyone has made this flow work or has suggestions!
