Clarifying Lindy Webhook Functionality and Testing Options

When creating a Lindy with the "Webhook received" trigger, the webhook URL didn't work until I press "Deploy" I got pretty confused while creating a Lindy this morning. I was trying to POST to the webhook URL from Zapier, but it kept saying "Trigger not found". I eventually tried pressing "Deploy" on the Lindy. Then it worked. Would be good to make this behaviour clearer, and ideally give a way to test before deployment.
