Improving Task Management for Lindy Phone Receptionist
Not sure where to add this so placing it here. I built a phone receptionist in Lindy. Works great! However reconciling the recordings with my logging is more challenging than needed. Here are some recommendations:
allow me to customize what i see in the tasks list - in my case I'd like to know the timestamp and caller id value
allow me to add a status to the task of my choosing - in my case I am reviewing each to verify the logging so new/verified would help me understand if I got them all reviewed or not (now I need to coordinate with an excel sheet)
quick search is only on the title of the task so in my case 'Call Received and Ended' I'd expect it to filter based on the content of the task so I can find all calls from a certain phone number
basic dashboard for the tasks that ran to help me see volume over time or other metrics of my choosing would be great - now I need to create this externally to lindy
