Proposal for Parallel Action Feature in Feedback Channel

Also I shared a feedback suggestion yesterday but did not know there was a feature request channel, we would like to see a parallel action. An action that can invoke the multiple of the same exit condition in parallel to enable parallel outputs and thereby parallel sub agents (no loops.. but a first class parallel action)
