Seeking Ideas for Complex Email Responder Automation

Hi - Wondering if anyone from you has build some highly complex email responder with lots of conditions depending what the responses are. We are currently trying to automate such a workflow, and would be interesting to see what other people came up with.

Any reason your agents don’t have tools/skills? Here is how I built mine, which processes my emails for me

I am missing the part of me writing new emails, but it already manages all the emails I receive, helps me draft responses, etc.

Hey - yeah it definitely became very complicated. But honestly, quite happy, it works now pretty well.

I prefer to give the tools / skills in a independent action, as there are more possibilities to customize them. But honestly havent tested to much agents with skills.
