Streamlining Candidate Screening with a New Agent Tool

As an HR Manager from a non-tech background, I often find it challenging to dedicate time to screening the large number of profiles we receive daily in our database, as your role as a manager involves many other important tasks. I am excited to share that I have developed a screening agent that assesses candidates' profiles based on their months of experience and salary expectations. This allows me to save 10-15 minutes on screening each day and removes the need for someone to perform this repetitive task daily. All thanks to Lindy!!🙌🏼

I believe that working on Lindy is quite smooth, even for those without a technical background. The platform is user-friendly, and everything is simple and clear. Their AI is very helpful in creating workflows. If you are skilled at writing prompts, I think the AI can handle about 50% of the work on its own. Eli D.
