Streamlining Candidate Screening with a New Agent Tool

As an HR Manager from a non-tech background, I often find it challenging to dedicate time to screening the large number of profiles we receive daily in our database, as your role as a manager involves many other important tasks. I am excited to share that I have developed a screening agent that assesses candidates' profiles based on their months of experience and salary expectations.
