Troubleshooting Slack Account Connection Issues in Agents

When I use Slack inside of an agent, it prompts me to Please connect your Slack account. I have my Slack account set up and connected. I can call it as a task, but inside of the agent, it’s not working.

Hi Patrick, can you please share your task URL so we can take a look? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “task” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!

You can see where it says “Connect to Slack” with a skip button, but there’s nothing else to click on

Is it okay if I go ahead and disconnect your connected Slack account in Lindy? Then we can have you try reconnecting it?

I removed it, but now I don’t see an easy way to add it back. I have to go into the flow and add an action that includes it

In your Settings, can you try going to Connections

Then try clicking the dropdown and clicking Reconnect

Yes, that’s where I went and I actually removed it completely

Then I went back to the flow where I had it as an action and reconnected it
