Seeking Help with Frustrating Twitter API Issues

Guy's I could really use some support and noticed Alon OOO until mid September....please let me know if there is some trick to the twitter api. High level of frustration building agents that works for days then just stop working, decide to change the output, and can no longer access twitter api, despite nothing changing.
