How to Change Your Sender Name in Gmail Settings

Is there a way to change the sender name on gmail? Right now I have it so that it always comes from my email address e.g., stephen.turban@gmail.com but I’d rather it say “Stephen Turban” for example. I wasn’t able to find a way to set that manually or to ask the AI to use that instead!
