We have a question regarding the difference between using “Send Mail” as an Agent Step skill vs. as an Action.
1. When added as an Agent Step skill:
– The recipient, subject, and body cannot be configured separately.
2. When added as an Action:
– The recipient, subject, and body need to be configured manually (we are currently using the auto option).
Could you please clarify:
What is the intended difference in behavior between these two approaches?
In which cases should we prefer using “Send Mail” as a skill versus as an action?
Additionally, we are experiencing an email subject encoding issue.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, the email subject appears broken or garbled, especially when using non-English (Korean) characters.
Could you advise:
What causes this encoding issue?
Whether there is a recommended way to ensure proper UTF-8 encoding for email subjects and content?
