MongoDB Slack Notification Setup Issue: No Databases Found

Hi lindy team. I'm having issues setting up a mongoDB to slack notification. I'm getting this Error after I connect MongoDB. No databases are populating to pick from. What am I missing? I've tried reconnecting Mongo many times.
