Live Chat Performance Concerns: Loading Issues and Speed Challenges

There's an issue that I'd like to highlight is that there are times when the live chat keeps on loading, and also a lot of times is quite slow. My concern is that this might lead to lead loss and potential customer loss if I set it up for my clients (which I plan to do soon). Requesting the wonderful team Lindy to look into this. Thanks
