Hi, I’m running into two recurring issues with our knowledge base integration.

Outdated Content Retrieval
The agent is still returning information from older versions of our documents, even though the updated files are already in our Google Drive knowledge base.

Knowledge Base Sync Issues
The knowledge base is not syncing automatically, and manual sync attempts consistently fail with an error. At times, it also shows that it hasn’t synced for several days.
