Hi, I submitted a support request on August 29 and the issue with the Google Spreadsheets connector is still unresolved. This problem is blocking all of my workflows, and I haven’t seen any action taken from the support team. This is a critical factor in whether I can continue using the software.
Hi Pavel T. So my first question here is if this is a Google Sheets trigger and is it a trigger on update row? If it's a trigger on update row, I would recommend you delete all the rows, or you can delete the spreadsheet that you are triggering from and start a new spreadsheet and use that one.
I've run into several reliability issues with the Google Sheet trigger (When New Row is Added).
A lot of these can be solved by deleting all the rows (not just the data in the rows but the row itself) or starting a new google sheets !
I am aware of this, and I have used this workaround to resolve the issue from time to time. However, this isn't a reliable fix when you have many agents running across internal, client, and other environments.
