Troubleshooting Gmail API Error and Google Sheets Issues

My issues: 1) my email sequences stuck with no ability to restart from the specific sequence step. I’m getting Gmail API error. 2) random rows processing in Google Spreadsheets. (was working before the outage)

At one side, I’m happy for you—if you broke production, it means you found true Product-Market Fit. But at the same time, I’m kind of frustrated that we rely on so many workflows now. So I wish you guys can sort it out quickly.

Resolving Issues with Frozen Email Sequence Workflows

I have many frozen tasks that are keeping spinning, and I cannot open the window dialog for the specific task. This is frustrating because these are email sequence workflows, and there is no way to restart them from the specific step

Thank you for getting back to me on this, Marvin. The question for you is whether you think it’s more reliable to use Airtable or maybe other types of databases for certain use cases. If so, for which ones? I just don’t want to mess up the workflows for another 10 days if something goes broken again, and I would rather build with some reliability in mind.

Support Request: Urgent Issue with Google Spreadsheets Connector

Hi, I submitted a support request on August 29 and the issue with the Google Spreadsheets connector is still unresolved. This problem is blocking all of my workflows, and I haven’t seen any action taken from the support team. This is a critical factor in whether I can continue using the software.
