I'm watching this video on setting up Claude Code as an assistant... I am thinking that it isn't going to do a ton more for me than Lindy is already. Anyone out here leveraging Claude Code in this way AND Lindy?
7000+ integrations with Lindy
Aaron W. How I'm working:
Lindy to build AI-native agents and automations that fire based on non-conversational triggers.
Claude Code to build advanced n8n workflows, websites and lightweight apps
Claude Chat/Cowork/Manus for everything else.
cool video, I did this setup with the claude code, you still need to host it somewhere and maintain. Although the entire process is fun. could you make it connected to the imessage similar as lindy
I rebuilt my Lindy setup (5 agents + orchestration) over the weekend using Claude Code, n8n, and a $7 Hetzner VPS, switched iMessage to Telegram, did it mostly for fun. Initial take: Lindy has cleaner UX and iMessage is a great channel, but Claude gives more control and lower cost. Main downside: you own all integrations (Google OAuth, APIs, edge cases), which takes time. For an average user without many workflows, economics are closer than it looks: Lindy $50 vs ~$27 base (Claude Code $20 + VPS $7) + tokens. I’ll run it for a month and compare real token + infra cost vs Lindy subscription.
Pavel T. For n8n, you can use OpenRouter to get a single API for 1,000's of LLMs, so you don't need to create accounts for each one individually. You only pay for the tokens you use. It's great.
Gianluca B. yep, I’m aware about open router, the problem not with LLM (its very easy), but with other integrations, like CRM, Google API, Cloud providers etc.
