Hey Peter,
Hmm, it looks like it failed because the Summary is empty in your 'Get Task Details' action. Are you able to try toggling on the summarize blocks feature?
Regarding the two screenshots, if you're trying to just monitor changes to an agent, then get the summary of what happened for each task, then yes, that's correct. They should both be referencing the same Agent. The Agent Task Change will trigger anytime there are new tasks/any changes and the Get Task Details action will pull all the information from the respective task!
