Team unable to view tasks from agent despite incoming task notifications – need troubleshooting help

Hi Support team, hope you are well. We currently have this agent set up and working in our workspace. I’m able to see the tasks coming in, but the rest of my team is unable to view them. Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue? Hey Francisco: You'll need to make sure all shared users have edit access. Can you confirm if that's the case?
Edit access → shared users can see ALL tasks for that agent (everyone's runs).
User access → shared users can only see their own tasks. They cannot see runs triggered by other users.
Template → shared users get a copy of the agent in their own account, so they only see their own tasks.

Do you mind providing me some email examples of the users that aren't able to see the tasks?

Hey! So for example, Deuce is the owner and he isnt seeing the tasks Deuce@recess.is email

Alon J. is there a way we can all see each others tasks and edit the same agent? For example Francisco cant update the knowledgebase module
