Hey :slightly_smiling_face: Question about email followups agent. 1. How can I force followup email to be sent in the same thread? Now it’s always a new one created? 2. How can I change to display sender to be Iwo Szapar, not ? :slightly_smiling_face: thx a lot!

you’ll want to use the Send Reply action instead of Send Email (screenshot)
2.
Hmm currently not supported. It will use the default Gmail info
