I have issues also on the Append rows. Any limitations on number of rows? sometimes, the process stops on 10 rows. In the parsed attachment, the agent corrctly found more than 10 rows.

Hmm not sure what exactly is happening here but it looks like you try to go through attachements. This email does not contain any attachement

i was not talinkin about attachment in this thread..the issue here is that the agent found more than 10 records (prices), but appends in the excel only 10 rows out of 30 /40 ....this strange isssue occours sometimes randomnly.

Got it. So the email contained a link to a PDF, correct?

You’ll want to include a skill for the agent to actaully get the file
