Issue with EA Agent Stopping After First Reply in Task Flow

so my EA Lindy is functioning great but for some reason after it get's pushed into the task flow in this image and is handed off to my EA agent it can only send 1 reply and then stops engaging. in the tasks/user chat it keeps coming back with "no conditions met"?
