Gmail Draft Action: Responding in the Same Email Thread

Hey guys! I'm trying to have the gmail craft draft action respond in the same thread as the email that triggers it. Still unsuccessful after many tries and unsure if this is even supported yet... Anyone got any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Btw. just something to try and unblock you here: can you try removing the email received trigger -> then add an action to see if it shows up?

yeah I now realised what went wrong here :)

you’ll only be able to add the action downstream of the Message Received trigger. You tried creating it standalone in the video 🙂

so this should work for you Email received -> [any amount of steps] -> Send Reply
