Troubleshooting Workflow Issues: Finding the Disconnect in Requirements

·
·

Hi all, I am having a bit of trouble with my workflow. It is supposedly running and all, but I made sure that the test email its going through ticks all the boxes on the requirements for another action, but for some reason it is saying that it doesnt meet the requirements. Is there a way I can identify where the disconnect is happening? Some kind of "prompt debugger" or something?

hmm no debugger at this point → recommend trying anthropics prompt writer. but in this case → I’d actually just try to use another (smarter) model. Maybe o1 and/or Gemini 2.5 will have less issues here. Plus, I recommend adding at least one more condition.

The current prompt has a few conditions within it. Should I create one block "per condition"?

This is not a must, but a best practice from my end: I like to offer two condition options bc the agent is incentivised to make use of the conditions. Usually the agent will handle this just fine saying “no condition was met” but I’ve noticed it being more reliable this way
