Troubleshooting Email Response Agent Deployment Issues

Hi #support, I just discovered Lindy and I see huge potential. However, I made a simple Email Response agent but it's not triggering on Email Received. It works when I run tests. Any ideas? I've pressed the deploy button.... Cheers

Hi Thomas, thanks for reaching out. Can you share your Lindy email address + Lindy URL Tasks?
1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks”
2. Find the task you need help with
3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution)
4. Copy that page URL from your browser
5. Paste the URL in your support request here
Once I have these, I can investigate!
