Hey Dave, got it 👍. The Tenant ID issue usually happens if the Xero connection hasn’t been fully re-authenticated or if multiple tenants are linked and it’s not persisting the selection.
Here’s what you can try:
1️⃣ Go to your Xero connections, disconnect, and reconnect to force a fresh auth.
2️⃣ After reconnecting, select the correct tenant again and save.
3️⃣ Test the trigger with a manual 'Test Trigger' in the workflow editor to confirm it’s catching invoice updates before trying it live.
If it still vanishes after saving, it might be a UI persistence bug — in that case, I can flag it directly to the team.
