Troubleshooting Email Entry Errors in Auto and AI Options

I was getting this error when I selected "Auto", or AI". However I still keep getting this error even when I type in the Email Address manually. I don't understand how can I fix it. Please help!

I used an AI agent to format it in the way so that Hubspot it able to parse it however it seems like one extra step. Is there anything that I can do to avoid it?
