Transfer Call Node Issue: Call Not Ending, Agent Stuck

Hello, we are seeing some new behavior where the Transfer Call Node is not ending the call afterwards, causing the agent to continuously say “Hello, are you there?” seemingly infinitely with no caller on the line. Is this a known issue / behavior change? see below the two screenshots for the change we are seeing.
