Issues with Notion Automation and Lack of Customer Support

I tried a simple automation for my company where it has to pull a new entry from my Notion database and send me an email about it and upon receiving my response, it has to add it back to another Notion database. This simple agent itself do not work in Lindy. I am not sure how to fix, I gave every detail properly and used the AI agent inside to create the workflow and tried every possible way to fix it using AI agent inside. Where is the customer support for this company ?
