Hello š I have implemented a calendar availability check, which has worked so far fine, but since today, it always shows āunavailableā even if the calendar is completely free. Such things, make me wonder, if these workflows can āmagically breakā, or if I simply did something wrong?
Hey River, thanks! I recorded a quick Loom to help you out here.
Key Recommendations for Setting Up Calendar Availability Workflows:
Review meeting scheduler template to understand existing patterns and availability.
Use the āFind Available Timeā action to automatically search for open time slots.
Select the smartest model to handle complex scheduling tasks efficiently.
Define workday hours and available days in your settings to narrow availability.
Hope this is helpful!
Hey Marvin A., thanks a lot for taking the time! āFind available timesā action unfortunately doesnāt work, because the goal is to check for the exact time slot that was proposed in the email and simply get a yes/no answer. āFind available timesā seems to be more of a meeting scheduler.
And yes - very complex workflow indeed - but it did work for a while! I think we are like 80% there, and once reached, this will be a huge game changer 𤩠But the 20% which are not working like with the ācheck availabilityā (which has been working for many days until suddenly not) I cant seem to figure out, where the issues lie: 1.) I am just not getting it yet 2.) itās a issue with Lindy / updates can ābreak itā 3.) I am using the wrong LLMs (but using too often o1 or Sonnet just isnāt a scalable solution). Thanks again for your help. Really cool what you are building here with Lindy!
