Hi guys. I am an 'Owner' of our workspace and I'm wondering how I can see Agents that are being created by the other users in my workspace. At the moment I can only see Agents/workflows from other users only if they explicitly share it with me or the entire workspace. I would have thought by being an 'Owner' or 'Admin' I could see what the rest of the users have created/working on in my own workspace. What am I missing?
Hi Kristian E., sorry for the delay. As a Workspace Admin/Owner, you have the ability to add others to your Workspace but we do not automatically grant automatic access to all of the agents that they create. For example, I see that Muhammed Z. is part of your workspace. Muhammed has the ability to create his own agents and then share them with the entire workspace or keep them private to just him. Screenshot for reference. Our Teams/Workspace functionality is super new. Curious for your feedback!
Grant M. I think it's really important that a workspace owner has access to everything in their own workspace. For example, Muhammed Z. is an Upworker we have doing some work for us on a specific project and it creates problems when we don't have full control over the situation especially when it's an account/user we're paying for If you guys could implement that change I think many would appreciate it!
