HubSpot Update Contact Action: Formatting Recommendations Needed

Hi team I am trying to use "Update Contact" action in Hubspot however the formatting in the field isn't working out according to the way I expect. Are there any recommendations on how can I get the desired formatting? Using Prompt AI and telling it the exact formatting such as "This needs to be bold, this needs to be underlined, there should be 2 lines gap here etc" doesn't seem to be working
