Troubleshooting Email Workflow Issues for Client Document Collection
π¨ Simple Use Case But Hard To Implement π¨ We have a simple objective - CC Lindy into an email and have her continue to follow up the client every second day to collect documents. But every time the client responds, the Condition is never met. (Even when I state that email threads that previously met the condition should be accepted.) As a result - Lindy sends the first email and then never replies because the workflow never reaches the AI Agent step again. I also tried setting a variable but these don't seem to be persistent. Any thoughts on how to achieve this fairly basic use-case?
