Using Meeting Scheduler for Group Meetings: Share Your Tips!

Has anyone utilized Meeting Scheduler for booking group meetings when multiple people are on the email thread? If so, would love to see how you did that!

Hi Josh S., You can prompt the create events step to explicitly add all emails from the thread to the calendar invite!

Thanks Ethan K.! Do you know if there is a way to get the responses from all attendees on the email? The problem I’m trying to solve is for example there are 4 people on a thread, I need Lindy to get feedback from all 4 people on the thread before booking the event (as opposed to just booking once Lindy here’s back from the first person on the thread)

Hi Josh S., This is a little tricky, what you could do is if your email is on the thread, use an AI Agent step and give it pretty clear instructions like "identify how many ppl are on thread, wait for ALL of them to confirm that the time works (not before), once everyone has agreed then you are allowed to exit" and then use an "exit condition" to define this too, and after the agent step then have the create calendar event

Would definitely take some iteration to figure out what makes this perform best - but totally possible!

Ethan K. I just used the meeting scheduler today and it offered a meeting at a time I clearly had another meeting booked (9a EST on Friday) Then when I looked, though it stated 9am EST in the email, it was actually choosing Phillipenes time zone for some strange reason?
