Issues with Meeting Scheduler: Availability and Email Conflicts

Hey support, I'm having trouble with the meeting scheduler:

Making up slots in my calendar, so telling others that I'm unavailable when I am available (i.e. Lindy making up slots in Lindy's 'mind')
Not picking up the email address of the other person emailing, but instead emailing me to offer slots (which should be offered to the other person). Can you help please?
