How to Fetch YouTube Transcript via API Before Video Upload

Hey everyone, I built an agent to generate YouTube video descriptions with timestamps. The problem is, I have to upload the video first, then fetch the YouTube-generated transcript (since it's more accurate) to feed into Lindy. Is there any way to get the YouTube-generated transcript via API before uploading the video?

I think there is not a consistent way to get transcript provided by youtube itself. I would look into using something like https://pypi.org/project/youtube-transcript-api/ with the "code" node here, although admittedly that removes a pure nocode solution.
