Troubleshooting Computer Agent Menu Selection Issues

Hi everyone. I'm having trouble with my computer agent clicking on a pull down menu, scrolling down and selecting the appropriate item. I tried describing that step in detail, I tried having the AI assistant update the language/instructions, I tried having the computer agent type in the information to then select the correct item and none of those options worked. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix that or have any experience with that? Thanks for the help!
