Optimizing AI Receptionist: Reducing Response Delays and Pauses

I'm trying to set up an AI receptionist. I started with the AI receptionist template, but added some qualifying exit conditions and actions for the Bot to cross-reference in Google Sheets. Everything works great! Except... there are some crazy long pauses. In the Logs screenshot, there was a 20 second pause between me giving an unrecognized name and it speaking back to me. What can I optimize here?
