Troubleshooting Issues with ROI Calculator Assistant Integration

I've been trying to get a ROI Calculator Assistant working, using Lindy Embed, AI Agent node, and google docs for template and knowledge base. When testing url for chatbot, it just hangs after the intitial interaction. I've tried it on different browsers and in incognito in case dependencies are being blocked, but it just doesn't work and there are no error logs or error messages to help with debugging. Please advise.
