How to Cancel Your Subscription During Trial Period on Lindy App

Hi. I am in a trial period and wish to cancel the subscription. The condition says that the amount will be automatically charged if the subscription is not cancelled. The Lindy desktop app does not have the option to cancel the subscription when I login and navigate to the billing section. Am I missing something?

Hey Subhash J. I couldn’t find an active trial with your email. Can you please share the email you signed up with? Or is this resolved already?

I am having the same problem. When I go to the Billing section, there is no option to cancel. The chatbot was unhelpful and I have not yet heard back from support@lindy.ai.
