Challenges of Scheduling Across Timezones: Issues & Solutions

Has anyone worked across timezones for scheduling? One of the things I’m finding is that the

1.
Lindy can find available times and send reply are picking times that work for someone in Asia (i.e., they are open in the calendar) but then they are super not appropriate for the other timezone. (e.g., offering 2:30 AM EST slots) and
2.
The translation of timezones is often wrong. So, the calendar invite is for a free time slot, but then when trying to share the time in EST it is incorrect (either the day of the week is wrong or the actual time is wrong).
