Troubleshooting Lindy: Restoring Lost Workflow & Preventing Issues

Hi there I’m extremely new to Lindy, and have bee loving it, until the thread seems to need to be refreshed and it’s like talking to a completely new ai agent who doesn’t have any awareness of what the workflow is and how it works or what I want to do? It has basically completely deleted my workflow now which took me ages to do! Is there any way to a) get this back and b) stop this from happening in the future! Is this a regular thing or have I done something wrong because I am aiming to use this heavily for business so once th workflow is created i can’t be having it changed
