Updating Bot Icons and Fixing AI Response Issues in Lindy.ai
I have two questions related to my team's use of Lindy.ai:

How can I update my Bot Icon URL or Bot Emoji URL? I have been including the link to the Google Drive of the image (our company logo) we want to use, but when I test flows it does not appear this has been updated.
- 2.
For one of our support flows, a standard question is how users can reset their password. We have a Help Center article that is part of our linked knowledge base, but the AI generated response keeps referencing a broken link (that is not a part of our documentation). How can we utilize the AI response while ensuring the response is based on the information provided?
